Baby {R}

This little Big guy was born at 9lbs 3oz and is pretty much the cutest thing ever.  I am lucky enough to be good friends with his mama and was hoping to make it to his birth but missed it by mere hours because of a funeral we had to leave town for {tear}.

However, the time I got to spend snuggling him made up for it {a.little.}

He was pretty much a dream baby.  He slept.  He molded. He didn't pee on me.  He was perfect.

Kristie and I kept laughing at him because we couldn't get him to close his mouth.  His cute cheeks kept pushing it back open.  It was hilarious.  But those cheeks!  Don't you just want to kiss them!?

 I am pretty sure that I have the best job E.V.E.R.  There is basically nothing better than a brand new little baby.  Mmmmm, love it!!

A Birth Story

 

Camille is my dear, talented, amazing friend.  However, we have now decided, after photographing each others recent deliveries, we can now officially call each other sister.

She was truly a trooper.  After being induced at 7:30 a.m. and expecting a quick delivery she was very patient when her little guy who decided to hang out until 4:30 p.m. 

However, once this little guy decided it was time... IT WAS TIME!  The doctor came walking in the door just in time to tell her to 'stop pushing' and have her reply 'I am not pushing he is just coming!' and then literally catch the baby.

Little Nicholas wasted no time.

He stole all of our hearts.  He is such an adorable little guy and already has his mom in the palm of his hand.

I was also lucky enough to be there when his 2 older brothers came to meet him.  They were so amazed with him and couldn't resist touching, kissing, cuddling, and loving him.

Then again, neither could I.

Congrats Camille and Jarom.  He is adorable. He is sweet. He is perfect!

Thank you so much for letting me be there.  It was truly an honor.

Class of 2011- Patrick and Collin

I had the amazing opportunity to go back to my old stomping grounds, Pickerington, Ohio and take pictures of some of the people that have become part of my "extended family."

The first round was senior pictures.... so much fun!! Although these boys go to different schools and couldn't be any more different we all had a blast together.

Patrick

I have known Patrick since he was a boy. When I first booked his appointment I couldn't wrap my brain around the fact that he was no longer the little boy I remember running around the neighborhood with my brother. However, as soon as I saw him I quickly realized he truly is all grown up.

Collin

My family has known Collin and his family for years. When I mentioned to my dad that I would be working with Collin he couldn't say enough good about him. He was right, Collin is a great kid. He was super excited and invested in his pictures which made my job soooooo much easier and enjoyable. He scouted out locations, had outfits put together and totally knew what he did and didn't like.

You guys did awesome! I had a blast with you guys and cannot wait for you to see the rest of your pics!! Enjoy your last year of High School, you both will do great things!

the {F} family

While we were in Utah visiting family I had the awesome opportunity to hang out with my new neighbor! What are the odds that I get to see her 400 miles away from home!

They are one of the most beautiful and sweetest families I have ever met and I .0 be any more excited to live by them! And not only are they amazing but so was the location that we got to shoot at. Wowzers! Utah is a beautiful place!

These boys are some of the cutest little guys ever! I loved watching them run around, tell me all about their new shoes, and do everything they could to avoid me. Haha, I felt right at home!

And how can one family have so much beauty...?

...Well look at their mama. How could they not!?

I adored watching these two together. There is nothing like watching love that has grown, strengthened, and developed through years of marriage and yet still has an undeniable spark.

Thanks for hanging out with me guys! It was so much fun to spend time with your cute family and I look forward to many more nights of fun!

I heart faces: babies

This week over at I ♥ faces it is all about babies!!

I looooove babies. Their smell. Their softness. Their sweetness. Seriously doesn't get much better than that.

My favorite baby stage is around 10 months. When their little personalities are just bursting with newness. They cannot get enough of what is happening around them. And when just seeing mom makes them break out in smiles and giggles. LOVE it!!
